Sam Jackson's Secret Diary
This client required the ability to have people "buy" access time to a folder on their website to download a video. They also required that people may only download the video they originally paid for (there is a choice of 2). The system synchronizes the login info between a US and a UK based site using Apache's built in authentication system. Control of the satellite site is total automated via the parent site.
Spray Tan Fan
Spray Tan Fan required a 2 category business directory with moderated listings. Each request for listings is sent to an administrator such that the content may be checked before addition to the directory. The directory is fully searchable and is divided into counties.
FGA Ltd Specialist Recruitment
FGA Limited wanted a simple recruitment database giving them and administration system that provided add, remove and edit functions. Vacancies can be searched by salary range, location or free text. This is a simple database driven site but has helped their business grow quite quickly since its inception.
Highway Maring Group
Highway Marine Group required a simple product database in which to advertise clients boats to the general public. This site is a categorised database that has a built in accurate search function and upto fifteen images per product. Each boat is tied into an information request form allowing people to enquire about one product at a time. A administration interface allows add, edit and delete functions.
The Hack n Tack Shop
The Hack n Tack Shop required a shopping cart management system with an integrated backend and shopping cart public facing. A standard shopping cart was provided giving the client the ability to add remove and alter departments down to 4 levels. Althoug some what complicated to use at first the system has settled down to provide a reliable means for selling horse sundries online. This cart is a simplyfied version of the one mentioned below as a stock control system was not required.
Old Time Bears
Old Time Bears required a simple product database in which to advertise their collection of valuable teddy bears to the general public. This site is a categorised database that has a built in accurate search function and upto four images per product. They also requested that each product should be tied into a information request form allowing people to enquire about one product at a time. A administration interface allows add, edit and delete functions along with a link database for use on their links page, this allows the client to add and remove links at will.
BTF Lister
BTF Lister required a property management site with a shopping cart facility that allowed visitors to browse the property sections selecting properties to add to their cart. The visitor is then given the choice of how to have the proeprties delivered to them, be it by phone, email or mail.
The site also required image resizing and a full administration interface to the database its self. An interface was provided with Edit, Delete and Add functions. User login was also a required feature and a cookie based system was employed, IE this with a cookie where given the ability to directly download property information therefore avoiding the shopping cart feature.
Bike Cellar
Bike Cellar requested a site that provided the ability to allow visitors to add information referencing the motorcycle they want to sell along with the addition of a single image to each record. The entry is confirmed via an email containing a link that allows them to quickly remove their entry form the database upon sale.
The system also removes bikes automatically after a pre-set number of days. Again this system required image manipulation and a full administration system.
Best for Babies
Best for Babies required a shopping cart management system with an integrated backend and shopping cart public facing. A standard shopping cart was provided giving the client the ability to add remove and alter departments down to 4 levels. Althoug some what complicated to use at first the system has settled down to provide a reliable means for selling baby sundries online. The cart keeps stock levels and sales statistics for marketing purposes.
This cart has been running online for nearly 6 months now and has paid for its self. It is being constantly updated with modification added to make managing the business easier.
Instro Precision LTD
Instro Precision required a simple CMS(content management system) coupled to a product database. The system is based on a standard product database with image manipulation, it provides functions to add, remove and alter products. It also provides sort orders for each page. This give the user complete control on the order in which products are displayed. The system also provides function for manually adding html links and layout directly into product descriptions. This gives the user the ability to link to other products in the database giving a smooth navigation throughout the site.
instro.com has been running since November 2005 and has stabilised into a good base for any product database / CMS system.
Castle Colts Junior Football Club
The castle colts team manager and sponsers required a content management system for several team pages that tied each page into a database of match results, reports and photos. Each match result automatically informs visitors if there is a match report or any related photos.

Brogdale required an e-commerce site that allowed them to sell their products online. A standard shopping cart was provided giving the client the ability to add remove and alter departments down to 4 levels. Although some what complicated to use at first the system has settled down to provide a reliable means for selling any products online.
This cart has been running online in several differnet locations for over 2 years now and is constantly developed each time a new client requests and online sales site. Most of the modifications are passed on to all clients with the shopping cart installed on their site the aim is to produce a shopping cart that makes managing the business easier.
